There were three questions at the beginning of the survey, rating "course content",
"instructor" and "course in general" from "excellent" to "very poor" on a 6-point scale.
The other 21 questions used to create the subscales are shown below and were rated
along the 4-point scale of "strongly agree", "agree", "disagree",
"strongly disagree":
- It was a very worthwhile course.
- I would take another course that was taught this way.
- The instructor seemed to be interested in students as individuals.
- The course material was too difficult.
